Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing B2B customer relationships with existing sugar plants through regular visits, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer support. This is a relationship-focused role with no sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned sugar plants at least twice a week as per the visit plan.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with existing customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and customer requirements.
Identify new product application opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and market information.
