Sales & Marketing Executive (Formwork)

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for the Formwork/Construction Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities

• Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations

• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• 1–4 years of Sales & Marketing experience

• Construction/Formwork industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand formwork drawings

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance).
