Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Product Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive product sales by identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential customers, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face selling, achieving sales targets, and representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Meet retailers, distributors, dealers, and potential customers to promote company products.

• Demonstrate product features and communicate value propositions effectively.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify customer requirements and competitor activities.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for timely order processing and delivery.

• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records in CRM or Excel.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage field travel.

• Good presentation and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, FMCG, consumer products, retail sales, or product sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply (optional).
