We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, and target-oriented Field Sales & Lead Generation Executive who enjoys meeting new people, visiting businesses, building relationships, and generating high-quality business opportunities.
Job Summary
This is primarily a field-based business development role. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients daily to generate new business enquiries and build a strong sales pipeline.
The role requires extensive field visits to industrial areas, corporate offices, commercial establishments, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, builders, and IT/Security consultants to introduce OmniShield Technologies' products and services.
Candidates who can additionally generate business opportunities through telecalling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other digital channels will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach prospective customers.
Generate qualified business leads by visiting companies, factories, corporate offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, colleges, residential developers, government offices, and commercial establishments.
Introduce the company's electronic security and IT infrastructure solutions to decision-makers.
Build relationships with Facility Managers, Admin Managers, Purchase Managers, IT Managers, Security Heads, Plant Heads, Project Managers, and business owners.
Schedule product presentations and meetings for the sales and technical teams.
Generate enquiries for:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Video Management Software (VMS)
Networking Solutions
Enterprise Wi-Fi Solutions
Servers & Storage Solutions
Perimeter Security Solutions
Smart Building & Smart City Solutions
Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers until enquiry generation or project closure.
Maintain daily records of client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and lead status.
Update CRM or sales reports with accurate customer information.
Coordinate with internal technical and estimation teams for preparing proposals and quotations.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and industrial association meetings to identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in meeting new customers and presenting solutions.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Energetic, confident, and proactive approach towards business development.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Good presentation and communication abilities.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Candidates owning a two-wheeler will be preferred.
