Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
Expand retail and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, wholesalers & key retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, consumer preferences, and product performance.
Plan and execute business expansion strategies, promotional campaigns & trade activities.
Negotiate terms with distributors/clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
Work with the marketing team for visibility initiatives, product placement, and brand building.
Analyze sales data, prepare business reports, and suggest action plans for improvement.
Ensure proper beat planning, coverage, and availability across all channels.
Train & support field sales teams to enhance productivity and market performance.
