JOB DESCRIPTION — DEALER DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a sales professional to expand our dealer network across Maharashtra for tools and automotive workshop equipment. The role involves appointing new dealers, developing existing accounts, and achieving sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and appoint dealers and distributors in assigned territories.

Achieve monthly sales, dealer appointment, and payment collection targets.

Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and dealer meetings.

Generate enquiries, submit quotations, negotiate orders, and follow up for conversion.

Develop existing dealers to increase sales and repeat business.

Monitor market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and after-sales support.

Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry pipelines, and monthly territory plans.

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, or channel sales.

Experience in tools, automotive aftermarket, garage equipment, or industrial products preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and dealer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication.

Working knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
