Position : Relationship Manager (Direct Channel )

 

Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Lucknow , Kanpur, Indore, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Vadodara, Delhi (Janakpuri)

 

Salary : 20000 - 33000 Per Month( Plus Incentives)( Salary Depends on the Experience of the Candidate) CTC upto 4lpa only if the candidate is having Life Insurance Sales Experience.

 

Experience : 1 To 5 Years

 

Age Criteria : Above 25 Years To 38 Years.

 

Requirements: The Candidate Must Have Experience Into Field Sales. ( Life Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales)

 

Should Have Good Sales And Marketing Skills.

 

Must Have Good Contact Base And Good Communication Skills.

 

Must Be Confident.

 

Must Be A Localite.

Designation: Relationship Manager (Direct Channel) 

 

Job Purpose:

·      To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).

  • To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated 

  • To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved

  • To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
