Visit different field locations to identify and connect with potential Riders/Partners.

Generate daily leads of Riders/Partners interested in working with

Rapido, Uber, Zomato,

Flipkart and other platforms

.

Explain the basic requirements and ID creation process to interested Riders.

Collect basic candidate information and required documents.

Share qualified leads with the internal onboarding team for further processing.

Follow up with Riders to ensure successful ID creation and activation.

Develop and maintain good relationships with Riders/Partners.

Explore new locations and channels to generate more Rider/Partner leads.

Maintain daily field visit and lead generation reports.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending IDs, KYC and onboarding status.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in

Field Sales, Business Development, Rider Acquisition, Lead

Generation or similar roles

.

Candidates with experience in

Rapido, Uber, Zomato, Flipkart, Porter or other delivery/

mobility platforms

will be preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and travelling within assigned areas.

Ability to approach and communicate with Riders/Partners confidently.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and smartphones.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
