Business Development Executive –
Society First Legal Services
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Field Visits & Leads: Identify housing societies, research legal/technical needs, target big societies
- Market Outreach: Generate leads via society visits, market research.
- Client Meetings: Pitch services to committees, explain legal processes simply
- Document Collection: Collect required documents from clients
- Deal Closure: Attend closure meetings with Managers/Team Leader
- Client Management: Take regular feedback/followup, ensure satisfaction
- Reporting: Update daily targets, report to upper management
- Coordination: Work with sales & legal teams
*Requirements:*
- Experience: 6 months – 3 year in field/B2B.
- Language:_Marathi fluent mandatory_. Hindi + English
- Education: 12th/Graduate any stream
- Must-have: 2-wheeler + license.
- Daily travel within the allocated areas
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, target-driven,convencing.
