We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive merchant acquisition, increase product adoption, and build strong relationships with retailers and business partners. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, promoting PhonePe services, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new merchants and retailers in the assigned market.
Promote and sell PhonePe products and services such as:
QR Code
Soundbox
Loans
New Merchant Onboarding
Ensure proper installation and activation of devices.
Visit market daily and maintain strong retailer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and sales reports.
Coordinate with team leaders and managers for business growth.
Resolve merchant issues and provide timely support.
Ensure regular market working as per company guidelines.
