Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire eligible merchants/customers for business loan and lending products.
Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, merchant references, and market activities.
Visit assigned markets and merchant outlets to explain lending products and eligibility.
Drive the complete loan funnel — lead generation → application → documentation → approval → disbursal.
Ensure quality customer onboarding and accurate documentation.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and application requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursal and business targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing PhonePe merchants and identify repeat/top-up loan opportunities.
Work on assigned P0/P1 sectors and maintain regular market coverage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and responsible selling practices.
Track daily productivity, visits, leads, conversions, and loan disbursals.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution.
Maintain high-quality customer experience and avoid mis-selling.
