Job Description:
This position is for Business Development Executive
End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM
Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures
Lead generation through offline real estate network
Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company standards.
Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
Keep time to time update on on-going projects as well as newly launch.
