Role:
1. Overall responsibility of target-oriented growth of business in defined
territories.
2. Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising
campaigns at the micro-market / territory level.
3. Identify opportunities of inorganic growth through partners/vendor
acquisitions and drive end to end execution.
4. Build and maintain a network of reliable external agencies for ATL/ BTL
activities.
5. Build and maintain a healthy relationship with key community/ RWA
stakeholders
6. Identify the areas / micro-markets and execute the launches for geographical
expansion within the territory
7. Plan and maintain weekly / monthly marketing budget 8. Manage and oversee
a team of business development executives for field executions
9. Maintain an updated understanding of the competitive landscape.
Experience: 3 to 4 years (2+ years in managerial role Handling Sales/Business
development Process)
Education: Graduation
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
1. Strong sales acumen with persuasive skills.
2. Excellent problem-solving and team handling skills.
3. Own mode of transportation is mandatory.
4. Willing to commute 15-20 km per day.
5. Must be available for a 6-day workweek (Fri, Sat, and Sunday mandatory)
