Role overview
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time, field-based role with minimum 1 year of experience.. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting high-profile clients, and converting leads into closed deals. Exceptional communication in both English and Hindi is a must, along with a sharp instinct for negotiation and relationship management.
Key responsibilities:
Actively prospect, generate, and qualify new business leads through field visits and networking
Schedule and conduct meetings with high-profile clients to understand their needs and present solutions
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely collection to earn incentives
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Provide regular field reports, market feedback, and pipeline updates to the management team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, field sales, or client acquisition
Strong proficiency in English and Hindi — both spoken and written — is mandatory
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently
Comfortable with extensive field work and travel to meet clients regularly
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
Professional appearance and confidence when engaging with senior and high-profile stakeholders
