Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Conduct door-to-door business development activities across assigned territories and industrial hubs.
Generate business opportunities for:
Staffing & Contractual Manpower
NAPS / NATS Apprenticeship Programs
B.Voc / Skill Development Solutions
Identify and approach potential clients through cold visits, references, networking.
Schedule meetings with HR, Admin, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, Business Owners, and Decision Makers.
Present customized workforce solutions based on client requirements.
Sales & Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, MIS, and client records.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong confidence in face-to-face client interaction and field sales.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently handle door-to-door business development activities.
