Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Travel Allowance: Provided

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires daily travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits

  • Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct market research and provide feedback to the management

  • Prepare daily visit and sales reports

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Gender: Male candidates only

  • Qualification: PUC 2 / Any Graduation

  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Must be ready to travel daily for field sales activities

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Two-wheeler preferred
