Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement B2C strategies to increase broadband subscriber acquisition and market penetration.
· Identify new growth opportunities based on competitive analysis and customer insights.
· New sales and growth in connected apartments
· Build a team of DSTs and work in increasing market share in apartments.
· Responsible for managing, training and motivating DSTs.
· Identify customer behaviour patterns and opportunity areas.
· Prepare regular performance and business reports for senior leadership.
Skills
· Strong leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
· 2–10 years (Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in the Broadband/ISP industry).
