Brickfolio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing Residential Real Estate Sales team.

Location: Navi Mumbai & Thane

Role: Sr. Sales Executive
Industry: Residential Real Estate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage potential client leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct property presentations and site visits

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful closures

• Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the sales process

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets

• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team
Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai & Thane real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Strong client handling and closing skills
