Business Development Executive

BDE (Only Female)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and references

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into potential clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and business pitches

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements

• Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives

• Handle client queries, negotiations, and closures professionally

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and business development activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in BBA / BCom / BMS / MBA (Marketing preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing concepts

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Immediate joiners preferred
