We are a leading manufacturing company seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our sales team. The role is focused on driving B2B field sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
