Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
• Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
• Manage courier, mail handling, and dispatch activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
