Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM)

Job Summary

IndusInd Bank is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Bopal Branch as Business Development Managers (BDM) and Senior Business Development Managers (Sr. BDM). The ideal candidates should have a passion for sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field sales and referrals.

- Source business for banking products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and other retail banking products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and generate cross-selling opportunities.

- Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers in the assigned area.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the branch.

- Ensure high-quality customer onboarding in compliance with KYC and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with branch and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.

Eligibility

BDM

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services sales.

- Fresh candidates with excellent sales aptitude may also be considered.

Sr. BDM

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3–6 years of experience in CASA acquisition and retail banking sales.

- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing customer relationships.
