Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Brunik Securities & Services Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 40,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
• Find new clients and sale Services.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as factories, offices, hospitals, banks, warehouses, schools, residential societies, and retail stores.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Meet clients to understand their security requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment of security guards after the contract is signed.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage contract renewals and upselling.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience in Security Services and Manpower Facility Management. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
