Job Overview:

We are seeking an ATM Operator to maintain and manage the operation of our ATM network. This role involves routine maintenance, cash replenishment, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security of ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on ATMs.

• Monitor and replenish cash levels, ensuring optimal functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ATMs.

• Conduct security checks and report any suspicious activities.

• Provide customer support and assist with ATM-related inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in ATM operations, cash handling, or technical support.

• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Flexibility to work in different shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

• Must be able to handle outdoor and on-site work conditions.
