Sales Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Executive (Freshers & Junior Level)

• Promote and sell products/services to clients.

• Follow up on inquiries and close sales.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Update sales reports and CRM regularly.

For Sales Team Leader (Experienced)

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives.

• Set and monitor team sales targets.

• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.

• Support team members in closing major deals.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.

For Sales Manager (Senior Level)

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

• Oversee overall sales operations and performance.

• Train and mentor sales staff.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts and report to senior management.

• Ensure revenue and growth targets are achieved.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers:

• 12th pass, Graduate, Post Graduate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.

• Target-driven mindset.

Experienced Candidates:

• 0.5-1 years (Executive level)

• 1-2 years (Team Leader level)

• 3+ years (Manager level)

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Leadership skills for senior roles.
