👉### Job Title: Associate Area Development Manager
Location:- Gurgaon
Department:- Field Sales (Make own Agents)
•Age:-•23 year to 35 year
### Job Description:
We are hiring Associate Area Development Manager . You have to make your agents and you have to visit field work 2 times in a week to check your agents for collecting feedback from them.
### Responsibilities:
• You have to manage office work and field work also.
• Make your agents .
• Follow up on leads and close sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets from your agents.
• Maintain records of your agents.
### Requirements:
• graduate (IF EXPERIENCED)
• Good Hindi & basic English communication
• Sales-driven and target-oriented
• 1 years experienced
