Role Overview

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives for Water Tank and PVC Product sales. The role involves retail sales, distributor development, and B2C market expansion across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Water Tanks and PVC products in the assigned territory
Develop and manage retail counters and distribution networks
Appoint new dealers/distributors and maintain strong relationships
Generate B2C sales through market visits and customer engagement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis
Ensure product visibility and branding at retail points
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback

Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Water Tank / PVC / Building Material preferred)
Exposure to Retail Sales, Distribution, and B2C Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in field sales
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate (Any discipline)
MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage
