Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for agent recruitment, agent development, meeting business targets, and ensuring customer centricity.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit new insurance agents and build a team
• Develop and train agents to improve their sales skills
• Meet business targets by selling insurance policies
• Coordinate appointments between clients and the company
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
• Maintain quality standards and agent productivity
Work Style
• Combination of office and field work (meetings with clients and while recruiting agents)
• Requires scheduling appointments beforehand
• Agents work on a commission-based model
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum bachelor's graduation
• Local candidate with a strong social network
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel
• Not more than 40 years old
