We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at SFORCE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 - ₹28,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Identify potential clients and understand their financial and insurance needs.

• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for renewals and referrals.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
