Support & manage assigned Sales Executives to maximize Sales performance, drive profits, and support in operational challenges.Develop marketing & promotion ideas to increase Sales from Modem Trade.Appoint Modem Trade Stores to increase the customer base andachieve the yearly Sales plan.Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis.Arrange Daily & Weekly sales reports and analysis and discuss the output and improvement plan with management.Experience, Education, and Soft Skills:Bachelor's degree, 3-5 yrs. relevant / Sales experience.Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a team.Computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.Self-motivation, exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
