Field Area Sales Manager (ASM)
(Also referred to as Territory Sales Manager / Field Sales Manager)
Visit customers on the ground within the assigned area
Pitch and explain NoBroker products and services to property owners, landlords, and tenants
Convert leads into customers and close sales
Plan and execute daily field activities to maximize coverage and sales
Manage assigned territory efficiently to increase market penetration
Maintain daily activity reports, customer details, and follow-ups
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Track performance and work on strategies to improve conversions
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team
Understand local market trends and competitor activities
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in field sales, real estate sales, or B2C sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned area
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
