Job Title: Security Operations Executive / Security Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Security Operations Executive to manage site operations, ensure effective deployment of security personnel, maintain client coordination, and oversee end-to-end security service management including recruitment, attendance, billing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Operations & Monitoring:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor security guard performance.

Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and adherence to company standards by guards.

Maintain deployment as per client requirements and site needs.

2. Manpower Management & Recruitment:

Handle recruitment of security guards as per required strength.

Maintain a strong network of manpower contacts for quick hiring.

Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities of new guards.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

Complete all security-related forms and documentation.

Ensure timely submission of uniform and other necessary materials to guards.

Maintain records of deployment, attendance, and site details.

4. Client Coordination:

Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding security services.

Regularly coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Take client acknowledgements for services provided.

5. Attendance & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain daily and monthly attendance records of security staff.

Submit monthly attendance reports to the office.

6. Billing & Payment Follow-up:

Prepare and hand over bills to clients on time.

Follow up for payments and maintain proper records of receivables.

Coordinate with the accounts team before salary processing.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Good coordination and team management ability

Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting

Ability to handle multiple sites and workforce

Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate / Relevant experience in security operations preferred

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in security services / facility management (preferred)

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel for site visits

Ability to manage fieldwork and office coordination.
