About the Role:
We are onboarding active Channel Partners (CPs) for exclusive real estate projects along
the NH-65 & NH44 Hyderabad.
This role is ideal for experienced, on-ground real estate professionals who already work
with ready buyers for plots, villas, or apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture trusted relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients for premium
real estate investments.
Present and promote luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai and
Hyderabad.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, client meetings, site
visits, and negotiations to final closure.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to organize exclusive
client events, private previews, and personalized site visits.
Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and track ongoing engagement
activities.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering
exceptional client service.
Stay informed on market trends, property laws, and investment opportunities to
provide strategic advice to clients.

Candidate Requirements:
Independent Channel Partner / Real Estate Broker / Freelance Consultant
Minimum 6–12 months of active real estate selling experience
Proven recent closures (plots/villas/apartments)
Strong local buyer network or referral pipeline
Comfortable with on-ground site visits
Clear understanding of documentation & registration flow
Documents Required (Post Shortlisting)
Aadhaar & PAN
RERA number (if applicable)
Visiting card / business profile
Past project references (basic proof of closures)
