Job Opening: Area Officer – Security Operations

Locations: Thane & Pune

We are hiring experienced Area Officers to lead and manage security operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations within the assigned area.

• Manage deployment, attendance, and discipline of security personnel.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company SOPs.

• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Monitor manpower planning, recruitment support, and retention.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.

• Conduct training and briefing sessions for security guards and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with a Security Services Company is mandatory.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple sites and client relationships.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational documentation.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred:

• Experience in facility management/security services industry.

• Ex-servicemen will be given preference.
