Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a QC HEAD for fashion brand to join our team at Wsb Styles Private Limited to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabric quality inspection

• In-line production quality checks

• Measurement and size verification

• Stitching, embroidery, print, and foil quality control

• Finishing and garment appearance checks

• Final inspection before packing and dispatch

• Defect identification and corrective action

• Maintaining QC reports and quality records

• Managing and training QC team

• Vendor and outsourced production quality audits

• Monitoring customer returns related to quality issues

• Reducing rejection, rework, and quality complaints

• Implementing and improving quality SOPs

• Ensuring brand quality standards across all products

• Approving or rejecting production lots before dispatch

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience.
