Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product coordination, supplier communication, order follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution from sourcing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product requirements.

• Handle product sourcing and development activities.

• Follow up on samples, orders, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product requirements are completed on time.

• Track production and delivery schedules.

• Maintain product details, records, and related documentation.

• Monitor quality, quantity, pricing, and order requirements.

• Handle supplier follow-ups and resolve order-related issues.

• Provide regular updates and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, procurement, or a related field.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
