We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our team at Neo At Home to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹16000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts, sketches and patterns.

• Research current trends, fabrics and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with production teams for sample creation.

• Assist in fittings, revisions and final approval of garments.

• Maintain design documentation and mood boards.

• Have knowledge about computer aided designing tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of fabrics, design software (like Illustrator) and creativity is essential. Besides this, skills like Embroidery, Stitching, CAD (Optional) are also important.

• It is a Full Time ఫ్యాషన్ డిజైనర్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
