Location - Andheri

Job Title: Merchandiser

Key Responsibility

 Assist in handling orders from sketch to development for woven ladies’ dress

categories.

 Communicate daily with buyers for sample comments, approvals, and order

clarifications.

 Support the senior merchant in managing the full product development.

 Sound in woven ladies dresses, Layouts of rotary screen printing and digital printing.

 Co-ordinate strike-off developments and approvals – track submission timelines,

follow up with mills/printers, and ensure buyer comments are implemented.

 Monitor order status and ensure timely submission of samples (proto, fit, etc.).

 Maintain accurate records of lab dips, strike-offs, and development samples.

 Collaborate with QA and technical teams to align product development with quality

standards.

 Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for timely sample

development and production planning.

 Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar and escalate potential delays.
