Track and update fabric and trim inventory daily in the company ERP.

• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, pricing, and material availability.

• Prepare and maintain order tracking sheets from sampling stage to shipment.

• Coordinate between the design team, production floor, and quality department to keep

orders on schedule.

• Compile cost sheets for new orders and flag variances to the senior merchandiser.

• Organise and file tech packs, approval records, and correspondence for each order.

• Arrange dispatch of samples to clients and track approval status.

• Assist in vendor development by researching and shortlisting new fabric and accessory

suppliers.
