This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sample Management: Oversee the entire cycle from tech pack to final sample approval for global buyers.

• Costing & Sourcing: Master preliminary costing and source materials (leather, fabric, hardware) while ensuring RSL compliance.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the factory to troubleshoot construction issues and ensure samples meet strict quality standards.
  

  We Need:
  3–5 years of specialized experience in export merchandising, focusing on bags/leather goods.
  Strong product knowledge of bag construction and pattern adherence.
