Our key operations include: • Kailash Mansarovar Yatra • Chardham & Mani Mahesh Yatra • Other Pilgrimage Destinations • Domestic & International Leisure Holidays Position Overview Reporting to the Tour Manager, the Tour Coordinator will support the smooth execution of pilgrimage and leisure tours on the ground — managing inventory, travel kits, and godowns, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and handling group and batch departures end-to-end. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory & Kit Management • Manage goodies, kits, inventory & godowns, ensuring adequate stock ahead of each batch departure. • Maintain accurate stock records, consumption logs, and operational reports. • Coordinate procurement and replenishment of travel kits and pilgrimage essentials as required. 2. Vendor & Service Coordination • Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and other service providers to confirm bookings and service readiness ahead of each departure. • Follow up with vendors on-ground to ensure services are delivered as per itinerary and standards. • Flag and resolve vendor-side gaps promptly to avoid disruption to the group. 3. Group & Batch Departure Coordination • Handle group/batch departures end-to-end on the ground — from batch assembly and briefings through to dispatch, coordinating closely with the backend operations team on documentation handover. • Coordinate transport, luggage, and kit distribution for each batch as per group size and itinerary requirements. • Liaise with tour leads/guides accompanying each batch to ensure smooth handover and communication throughout the trip. • Track batch schedules and departure timelines, ensuring no last-minute gaps in coordination. 4. On-Ground Execution & Field Support • Be available for on-ground field work, including site visits, loading/dispatch points, and departure locations as needed. • Provide real-time on-ground troubleshooting for logistics, transport, or vendor-related issues during departures. • Maintain flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and peak-season workload during active departure periods. • Support the broader operations team in ensuring pilgrims/travellers have a smooth, well-coordinated journey from start to finish. Candidate Profile • Travel industry / ground operations experience preferred (minimum 2 years). • Knowledge of pilgrimage & leisure destinations. • Good coordination and communication skills. • Basic MS Excel & computer knowledge. • Ability to handle field work and comfortable with flexible working hours. • Experience with inventory, travel kits & group departures is an advantage.
