Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives and provide customized event and marketing solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Respond promptly to client queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, conferences, meetings, and MICE projects.
Oversee end-to-end execution from concept development to post-event follow-up.
Work closely with Design, Production, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Manage vendor coordination and artist bookings as required.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure project profitability.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
Implement innovative strategies to enhance client retention and service quality.
Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and winning concepts.
Required Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Business Development within the Events or MICE industry.
Strong understanding of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and retain client relationships.
Proficiency in creating impactful presentations (PowerPoint) and proposals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Sound commercial understanding with experience managing budgets and profitability.
