Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining client relationships, and achieving company targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, decision-making ability, and experience in managing teams and operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall company operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead and supervise team members across departments

Handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor performance and prepare reports for management

Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Coordinate with HR for hiring and manpower management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

3–8 years of experience in management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability

Experience in operations or facility management (preferred)
