Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, vendors, logistics, client communication, and on-site operations while ensuring every event is delivered successfully and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate, promotional, social, and private events.

• Meet with clients to understand event requirements and objectives.

• Prepare event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.

• Create event timelines, schedules, and operational plans.

• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, permits, and event logistics.

• Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling.

• Manage event staff, volunteers, and suppliers.

• Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues during events.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Conduct post-event reviews and prepare event performance reports.

• Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and business partners.

Salary:

As per company standards + Performance Incentives

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible based on event schedules)
