Job Title: Intern – Events & Accommodation Location: Bangalore Duration: 6 Months Employment Type: Full-Time Internship Stipend: 20,000/- Joining: Immediate joiner(Preferred) Job Summary K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Intern – Events & Accommodation to support our school outreach initiatives and employee onboarding activities. The intern will assist in planning and coordinating promotional events at malls, apartments, and other community locations while also helping arrange accommodation for newly joined teachers. This role is ideal for candidates with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities  Coordinate and organize promotional events at malls, apartments, residential communities, and other public venues.  Liaise with event venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.  Assist in planning event logistics, scheduling, and maintaining event-related documentation.  Support the marketing and admissions team during events and promotional activities.  Research and identify suitable accommodation options for newly joined teachers.  Coordinate with property owners, PGs, hostels, and rental agencies to arrange accommodations.  Compare rental options based on budget, location, amenities, and availability.  Maintain records of accommodation details, costs, and occupancy status.  Communicate with teachers to understand their accommodation requirements and provide suitable options.  Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in any discipline.  Freshers are encouraged to apply.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong coordination and organizational abilities.  Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.  Willingness to travel within the city for events and accommodation visits
