Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, coordinate vendors, and ensure events run smoothly while meeting client goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and social events

• Develop event timelines, budgets, and schedules

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and contractors

• Manage event setup, on-site coordination, and post-event breakdown

• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and expectations

• Handle logistics including registrations, catering, audio-visual needs, décor, and transportation

• Ensure events comply with safety, legal, and organizational guidelines

• Troubleshoot issues and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently

• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Bachelor degree any specialization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Good Communication Skills

• Knowledge of vendor negotiation and venue coordination

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
