Key Responsibilities & Duties

Safety & Supervision: Actively monitor playground equipment, ensure safe usage of facilities (swings, slides), and prevent unsafe behavior or bullying.
Rule Enforcement: Enforce school/facility playground rules and safety procedures consistently.
Activity Facilitation: Organize, lead, and encourage group games and play activities.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between children and encourage positive social interactions and sportsmanship.
First Aid & Reporting: Administer basic first aid, report injuries, and report damaged equipment or hazards to supervisors.
Facility Maintenance: Keep the play area clean, tidy, and free of litter.
