BTN Events is looking for an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client coordination, sales documentation, and internal communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced events environment.
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities
Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and presentations
Maintain and update client databases and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution
Follow up with clients regarding proposals, approvals, and payments
Track sales leads, inquiries, and order status
Prepare sales reports and performance summaries
