Technical Field Executive

About BatteryPool
BatteryPool is building reliable battery-swapping infrastructure to support the growing electric mobility ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Field Executive who can take ownership of field operations, technical troubleshooting, station maintenance, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day technical operations of battery-swapping/charging stations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, battery, charger, BMS, and station-related issues.
Conduct regular station inspections and preventive maintenance.
Handle installation, electrical connections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams for technical issues and repairs.
Monitor station performance and ensure minimum downtime.
Maintain technical reports, maintenance records, and inventory of spare parts.
Guide and supervise junior technicians/TFE team members.
Escalate major technical issues to the appropriate technical team with proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety and company operating procedures.
Support operational activities such as collections and station management whenever required.
Travel across assigned locations for field visits and technical support.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant field experience, preferably in EV, battery, charging infrastructure, electrical maintenance, or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, voltage/current measurement, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety.
Basic understanding of batteries, BMS, charging/discharging, and EV systems.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently handle field-level technical issues.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, troubleshoot independently, lead field activities, and ensure BatteryPool stations remain operational with minimum downtime.
