Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Installation & Maintenance
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, panels, and fixtures.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Assist in installation and upgrading of electrical systems.
Maintain and monitor transformers, DG sets, and electrical panels.
2️⃣ Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain electrical components, motors, and control systems.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.
3️⃣ Equipment Monitoring
Regular inspection and monitoring of transformers and DG sets.
Ensure proper operation of power distribution systems.
Check voltage, current, and load conditions regularly.
4️⃣ Safety Compliance
Follow all electrical safety requirements and site safety procedures.
Ensure work complies with electrical standards and regulations.
Use proper PPE and maintain safe working practices.
5️⃣ Technical Reading
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Execute work based on technical specifications and instructions.
6️⃣ Tools & Equipment Handling
Use electrical tools and testing instruments such as multi meters, voltage testers, and hand tools.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
7️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily maintenance reports and log books.
Record transformer readings, DG running hours, and electrical parameters.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
